Steve drives in the Top Alcohol Funny Car class and does so in his father's footsteps.
Steve began driving race cars in 1998 and his first drag racing vehicle was in top alcohol funny car.
Steve's home track is not surprisingly his favorite track... Auto Club Raceway, Pomona, California. This track is also where Steve earned his first win.
When asked what his most memorable moment is, in his professional career, Steve remarked 'Winning my first "Wally" at the 2000 NHRA Finals.'
Steve's racing goals include winning a national championship and a divisional title every year.
